🇬🇧 **Important Notice – Maspalomas International Carnival**

Due to the weather alert for strong winds, rain and coastal conditions, the San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council has decided to postpone and reschedule several carnival events, prioritizing the safety of participants and attendees at all times.

The affected events include:
▪️ Dog Carnival Gala
▪️ Drag Queen Gala
▪️ Sardine Rescue, Tourist Gala, Carnival in the Sun and Friday 20th “mogollón”

Tickets already purchased will remain valid for the new dates.

👉 The Grand Parade and its “mogollón” are pending evaluation depending on weather conditions.

New dates and schedules will be announced soon through official channels.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation.

En raison de l’alerte météorologique pour vents forts, pluies et phénomènes côtiers, la mairie de San Bartolomé de Tirajana a décidé de reporter et reprogrammer plusieurs événements du carnaval, en priorisant à tout moment la sécurité des participants et du public.

Les événements concernés sont :
▪️ Gala du Carnaval Canin
▪️ Gala Drag Queen
▪️ Sauvetage de la Sardine, Gala du Touriste, Carnaval au Soleil et “mogollón” du vendredi 20

Les billets déjà achetés resteront valables pour les nouvelles dates.

👉 La Grande Parade et son “mogollón” restent en attente d’évaluation selon l’évolution météorologique.

Les nouvelles dates et horaires seront communiqués prochainement via les canaux officiels.

Aufgrund einer Wetterwarnung wegen starken Windes, Regen und Küstenphänomenen hat die Stadtverwaltung von San Bartolomé de Tirajana beschlossen, mehrere Karnevalsveranstaltungen zu verschieben und neu zu terminieren, wobei die Sicherheit von Teilnehmenden und Besuchern stets oberste Priorität hat.

Betroffene Veranstaltungen sind:
▪️ Hunde-Karnevals-Gala
▪️ Drag-Queen-Gala
▪️ Sardinen-Begräbnis, Touristen-Gala, Karneval in der Sonne und „Mogollón“ am Freitag, den 20.

Bereits gekaufte Tickets behalten ihre Gültigkeit für die neuen Termine.

👉 Die große Parade und ihr „Mogollón“ stehen noch unter Vorbehalt und werden je nach Wetterlage bewertet.

Neue Termine und Zeiten werden in Kürze über die offiziellen Kanäle bekannt gegeben.

Para seguir ofreciendo la mejor calidad y mantener a Maspalomas como el destino LGBTIQ+ nº1 de Europa, hemos tomado la difícil decisión de reducir la duración del Pride a una semana. Un cambio necesario para garantizar la viabilidad del evento ante la falta de apoyo económico de algunos sectores.

Os esperamos del 4 al 10 de mayo de 2026 para vivir juntes el Pride más internacional de Europa, con más de 80 nacionalidades celebrando el amor, la diversidad y la libertad.
