We've been working hard the last few months and are delighted to introduce some new products to entertain the little ones during the summer holidays...

After a very traumatic few months, we are very pleased to say we are back on Lanzarote and our lovely shop is now open again... looking forward to being creative and sharing pictures of our unique, handmade, upcycled bags, clothing and gifts with you all. Hi everyone...so sorry it's been so long since we've posted...as many will know I broke my wrist and have been recovering from surgery on it, so things have been a bit difficult over the last months.... I'm still recovering but Pink Dress, Red Shoes is still here.... I've updated our opening hours, but due to my physio and hospital appointments our hours can change...if you're making a special trip to visit us, please feel free to WhatsApp me and I'll confirm if we're open.... hopefully I'll be back with loads of new creations for you soon.... thanks for all your support ❤️💕

Have just read that today is 'Global recycling day'...so if you want to get involved Pink Dress, Red Shoes bags, jewellery, clothing and homeware are handmade by registered Artesana De Lanzarote, Lyndsay Jane Altenburg, specifically for recycling.... predominantly repurposing jeans and clothing that would otherwise go to landfill... even jean belt loops are re purposed into cute hair slides...❤️👖♻️

Want to look great and do a bit to help the environment... around 80% of the products at Pink Dress, Red Shoes are handmade from recycled denim and fabric and we also have a great range of upcycled clothing....our fabrics and clothing are reworked to make something truly unique, from on trend tote bags to hand tie dyed, non chlorine bleached jeans, applique or hand-painted jackets, re worked t shirts, dresses and skirts...our fabrics and clothing are sourced from local charities, and from jeans that would otherwise go to landfill, helping to reduce waste and the cost to the environment of 'fast fashion'....my registration for artesana de Lanzarote is for recylidad, so you can be assured of quality, unique, handmade products, that are also reducing waste and helping the environment....
