Hi 👋 it’s been a bit! ⏳we missed you and we glad to be back ❤️

As everyone can agree this last couple of years were hard. We tried our best to keep going against the odds but last December we had to stop and breath. In business but also in life, I think it’s so essential to realise when to take a break if things gets too much. It’s not always easy, especially when your work is your passion but looking after yourself it always has to be priority, because as they say “you can’t pour from the empty glass”.

So, “we filled up a glass a bit” and we are so happy to be coming back and keep getting fuller with our project.

NOTURE will change a bit, and we hope you will like the changes. We will be telling you everything in the next posts.

Recently we have been trying out gluten-free bread recipes, and today we would like to share a recipe that we loved for making your own gluten-free bread at home. For those of us who are gluten intolerant, it is difficult to find tasty bread that does not contain thousands of ingredients that we often don't even know what they are. So here we leave you with this recipe, we hope you like it as much as we do:

INGREDIENTS:
8 g (2 1/2 tsp) active dried yeast
20 g (2 tbsp) superfine/caster sugar
390 g (1 1/2 cups + 2 tbsp) warm water, divided
20 g (1/4 cup) psyllium husk (rough husk form)
130 g (3/4 cup + 3 tbsp) oat flour
100 g (1/2 cup + 3 tbsp) corn starch
90 g (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) brown rice flour (needs to be very finely ground, "superfine")
10 g (2 tsp) table or sea salt
12 g (2 tsp) apple cider vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix together the yeast, sugar, and 150 g (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) warm water in a small bowl. Set aside for 10 – 15 minutes, or until the mixture starts frothing.

In a separate bowl, mix together the psyllium husk and 240 g (1 cup) water. After about 15 – 30 seconds, a gel will form.

In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour, corn starch, brown rice flour, and salt, until evenly combined.

Add the yeast mixture, psyllium gel, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients. Knead the dough until smooth and it starts coming away from the bowl.

Transfer the bread to a lightly oiled surface and knead it gently, forming it into a smooth ball. Place the dough into a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp tea towel and allow to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

They can be used as facial wipes, bathroom wipes, washcloths, cleaning cloths, or any other use you can think of.

They wash very well and are available in a variety of colours so you can assign different uses to them. This is great if you want to use them in different areas of the house.

Reusable pads can be used for any facial care of your daily routine, for example to apply toner to your face.

If you haven't tried making your own toner yet, here are a couple of ideas on how to make your own natural toner at home:

Tonic 1: mix a crushed cucumber and 3 or 4 tablespoons of fresh aloe vera gel. Add a few teaspoons of distilled water if you need to dilute it further.

Tonic 2: mix 1 cup water, 1 chamomile tea bag, 1 teaspoon honey and 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.

(Keep your allergies in mind if you're trying one of these recipes for the first time)

Las almohadillas faciales reutilizables pueden utilizarse para cualquier cuidado facial de tu rutina diaria, por ejemplo para aplicar el tónico.

Si todavía no has probado a hacer tu propio tónico, te traemos un par de ideas de como hacer un tónico natural en casa:

Tónico 1: mezcla un pepino triturado y 3 o 4 cucharadas de gel de aloe vera fresco. Añade unas cucharaditas de agua destilada si necesitas diluirlo más.

Tónico 2: mezcla 1 taza de agua, 1 bolsa de té de manzanilla, 1 cucharadita de miel y 2 cucharadas de vinagre de sidra de manzana.

(Ten en cuenta tus alergias si vas a probar alguna de estas recetas por primera vez)
