Local artist, poet, and former primary school teacher Marti Lay ( ) will be reading Pete the Cat and His Magic Sunglasses by Kimberly & James Dean.

Kids will love watching Pete use his positive outlook to transform a grumpy day into an awesome one for all his friends! 😎

After the story, Marti will share the Pete the Cat song and help kids make their own magic positive sunglasses.

Pete the Cat books will be on display for anyone who wants to keep the fun going at home.
