En 1980 su hijo Francisco Pajarón Andreu, Caballer D´Argent del Gremio de Plateros de Valencia, continuó con la trayectoria artística del taller y en este periodo crea espectaculares y exclusivos aderezos de valenciana cincelados en oro y plata que son enseña de la firma. En la actualidad, la tercera generación de Pajarón, conservando la esencia de siempre: garantía, trato personal y trabajo de excelencia, se renueva a diario para ajustarse a las nuevas demandas del mercado con el espíritu de servicio que siempre le ha caracterizado.
