Join us in the heart of Billnäs Ruukki for a delicious hands-on chocolate experience, perfect for team events, celebrations, friend groups, or anyone who simply loves chocolate. ❤️

Hands-on Chocolate Making Class
• 2 hours
• 79€/person (6–25 people)

Learn chocolate-making techniques, create your own chocolate slabs, and experiment with flavors in an interactive workshop. Each participant takes home 3 x 100g handmade chocolate slabs and enjoys tastings of the factory’s signature bonbons.

Chocolate Discovery Presentation
• 45–60 minutes
• 30€/person (6–20 people)

Discover the history of chocolate from bean to bar, explore the factory’s production process, and taste chocolates at different stages, including our signature bonbons. Coffee and tea included.

The learning never stops… especially when chocolate is involved 🍫🇮🇹✨

In April, our team packed their bags and headed to Italy for an amazing chocolate course with , and let’s just say, it was three very sweet days of learning.

From chocolate tempering machines to one-shot creations and panning techniques, we got hands-on experience, discovered new recipes, picked up fresh tricks, and left full of inspiration (and probably a little extra chocolate too 🙈).

Now we’ve brought all that delicious knowledge back home to Finland and can’t wait to put it into action!
Because great chocolate starts with curiosity, creativity, and never stopping the learning process. 💝
