We are always thankful for your support and progressive feedback.

Every now and then we get complaints about products and this is normal with any products. We try to solve that as smoothly as possible together with our customers.
Please be informed 99% of the products available in Solu, we are not the manufacturer but just reseller. If one product is not good we can always change the brand or find replacement.

If you face any quality issues with any products we sell we give full refund or you can exchange the product even if you have opened the packet. If any quality issues please do as below:

- inform solu market worker or send details about issues in email/ phone/ facebook messenger with details and pictures.
- Bring product with issues and exchange or get full refund even if packets are open.
- For your information we also check the products in detail and if entire batch is faulty we complain supplier/manufacturer and get refund and send back the entire batch back to them.
- Please note for us replacing or stop selling faulty products is not a problem as we are insured most of the times with our suppliers and they also want to know about such genuine issues for future correction as every supplier wants to save their brand. Please note again we are just a reseller. There is no additional financial benefit to us forcing to sell bad products if we know that rather we simply return it back.
- There are many customers who prefer goods at very cheap price and are very beneficial for people who has financial limitation Instead of throwing products we do big sales in those items. We do that if best before dates are nearby or just gone. PLEASE NOTE : It is completely legal in Finland to sell such products by informing the buyer clearly. Several times it is beneficial for us to sell new products by throwing old ones as newer products might have higher margins rather than selling in huge loss. We have been thanked by several customers for doing this. We also believed that this is a responsible way to do it and also helps needy people and for nature too to reduce the waste. Also again please note this is completely legal
