Today, in Finland, we celebrate Entrepreneur's Day and recognize the contributions of entrepreneurs 💎
On my mother's side, entrepreneurship has been part of my family for at least six generations. My grandfather's grandfather (pictured here) owned a bakery in Helsinki. The Helsinki City Museum still appears to have the original brochure from which these images were taken.
Next week, we will celebrate Kekri and remember those who came before us. Yet today, too, is a perfect opportunity to pause with gratitude and reflect on the generations whose hard work and courage helped shape our lives.
Entrepreneurship seems to run in the family. 🙏💫
