💡As our Finnish friends always joke with us, "they could be found in a random forest with their family in a summer cottage, no electricity, no internet, just wood". 🙏

💟 After many years, I realise that Juhannus is a beginning point for an interesting summer vacation ahead, and many Finnish think so. They have been at work so long that they just want to get rid of everything and enjoy the nature, it is understandable. In fact, after Juhannus, you will rarely see people in offices around Finland until the end of July. 😎 ✨

💖 We respect the way Finnish people consider nature an important part of their life and how convenient they are when could finally being "offline". 🤗

🎁 Usually TropiBrew's members use this time to have outdoor grilling with friends, and definitely it is proper grilling with charcoal and woods !! 🍖

💚 We love listening to stories of how our friends have been doing during the winter time and getting our body smoked with fire from the grill. 💪

👀 Despite of rainy weather over a week, it is fortunate that we could cherry-pick a perfect shining day for setting up a table with Vietnamese Coffee, Tea and Herbal Tea. ☕🍵

🌅 Sunny, extremely hot and the air is full of pollen. 🌻
BUT it is how we also enjoy Spring in Finland in a very unique way. 💟

✅ All in all, it is a nice experience that we will learn to improve ourselves in upcoming events during this summer. ✅

🌅 HOMEMADE PAPAROTI !! COULD THIS BE ON OUR SUMMER MENU ? 🤔

📌 In Vietnam, people called this "Paparoti" based on the name of a bakery brand who become famous with this special bread. In fact, it actual name is Mexican Coffee Buns or Roti Buns. 📌

😋 TropiBrew has modified the recipe a bit and now this Roti Bun included our Vietnamese Fine Robusta extraction to strengthen the coffee flavours. ☕
