ISHA Turku - Åbo ISHA-Turku is a Finnish section of the International Students of History Association (ISHA). ISHA-Turun tarkoituksena on:

1.

Edustaa Turun yliopistossa ja Åbo Akademissa historia-aineita opiskelevia ISHA:n toiminnassa.
2. Edistää Turun yliopistossa ja Åbo Akademissa historia-aineita opiskelevien ja heidän yhdistystensä välistä yhteistyötä kansainvälistä opiskelijatoimintaa koskevissa asioissa.
3. Edistää suomalaisten historian opiskelijoiden ja nuorten tutkijoiden mahdollisuuksia solmia kansainvälisiä kontakteja ja pere

Ahoy, freshmen (and well, more senior students too)! We at ISHA and EGEA warmly welcome you to our student community, and really hope you feel comfortable jumping into our activities! 🤩

Ready for the best news? On Wednesday, September 16th at 18:00 (6 PM), you have an excellent opportunity to learn more about us, as well as to take part in our legendary pub quiz!

☝️ We rarely give too many tips for our pub quizzes, but if you REALLY want to take home the win, we advise you to take a look at interesting historical and geographical facts about Finland. Additionally, the quiz includes an international twist, so the more extensive your knowledge of European and World History is, the better 💥

Even if you’re simply not a competitive power player, we highly encourage you to take part just to enjoy the atmosphere. Join us, and if you want, bring a couple of friends with you! The victory is ONCE AGAIN yours for the taking! 🏆
