LOIMU | Created in collaboration with Michelin-starred Finnish chef Sasu Laukkonen, Loimu brings together Nordic design, craftsmanship and culinary expertise. Made from 100% Finnish soapstone, it distributes heat evenly for beautifully prepared crème brûlée and much more.

It’s finally here! ✨ Loimu, the newest addition to the Hukka Gourmet family.

Created in collaboration with renowned Finnish chef Sasu Laukkonen, Loimu is a unique serving and baking dish made from 100% Finnish soapstone.

Thanks to the natural properties of soapstone, Loimu stores and releases heat evenly, making it perfect for everything from crème brûlée to savoury dishes and small bites. And there’s a little twist: the lid has two purposes. Use it while cooking to help retain moisture, then turn it into a beautiful serving plate for ice cream, desserts or sides.

Durable, dishwasher-safe and designed to be used again and again, all wrapped up in timeless Nordic design.

A little piece of Finnish design has found its way to the vineyards of Bordeaux. 🇫🇮🇫🇷 Château Bellefont-Belcier - Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé

Our Carafina is now available at Vignobles K, a family-owned wine producer with seven estates across some of Bordeaux’s most renowned wine regions.

One of them is Château Saint Christophe in Saint-Émilion, where visitors can discover the local wines, explore the vineyards and even stay at the estate.

It’s lovely to see Finnish soapstone and Bordeaux wine culture come together and Carafina finding its place in such beautiful surroundings.
