Lately, as I rebuild my gifting business here in Finland, I have been asking myself this question...Who am I building this for?

I am trying to build a clearer picture in my mind, and every time, the answer feels more and more personal.

I am doing this for the millennial woman who still sends 'just because' gifts.

The one who values meaningful connections, even when life gets really busy.

I am doing it for the HR manager who truly cares about her team.

Who wants to say “thank you” or “you matter” in a way that actually means something.

I am doing it for the corporate client who wants gifting to feel personal - not generic.

And for anyone who wants to welcome new parents with more than just the usual.... something kind, and full of thought.

As the picture becomes clearer, my daydreaming becomes bolder and I love it! 😃

This is more than a business.

It is a way of helping people connect across busy schedules, across life’s chaos and if you have ever wanted to send a gift that actually feels like you, I am here for that.

Today, I am hoping to share with you something about someone very close and how the gratitude journal has helped her.
Let's say her name is Bola.

A few years back, Bola was diagnosed with anxiety disorder and borderline depression.
Let me tell you, she always imagined the worst case scenarios and when she imagined, she left no details out. Her life was hectic and Her mind was a constant battlefield! There were days when she felt like she would die.
Sure, seeing a therapist helped a lot, but she still needed to develop and maintain habits that would help her have a healthy mind in this world of troubles.

I introduced her to journaling, the general type.... then she added aromatherapy as encouraged by her therapist! You see those scented candles, me sef I love them like crazy!!! Yes, they really helped. Then she tried this gratitude thing! OMG!

On one of the days when she was having it very difficult, I was with her. I first lit the candle. I allowed the scent to fill the room, so she had the scent to focus on, helping her to gather some strength in her mind. I encouraged her to check her gratitude journal, and I brought her some candy with it.

Before long, she was crying and when I asked why, she said 'I am loved'. She started mentioning the names of people that have been kind to her that she wrote down in the journal. The reminder gave her confidence.❤️

I Sha opened her shelf and carried a jar of oud scented candle, toriiii... It smelled so good e Joor 😂

Bola was the first person to use my gratitude journal. She took the first sample copy that I printed and I am happy it helped.
