Hello Dear Friends & Family Members.
We are so excited to tell you about the new project that we are undertaking and we hope that you can be a part of it too.
Most of you know that it has been ages and the English Speaking/Multi-Ethnic Adventist Community in Lautoka still does not have a place to operate from.
The LMEC Church with God's providence is taking on a project that will move Lautoka Multi-Ethnic Forward to a new place of worship and centre of influence.
The first fundraising drive will be in the form of a Hybrid Concert (In-Person & Virtual) that will be happening after Sabbath at 6:30pm FJT on the 27th August 2022.
More details of how you can contribute are in the posters/pictures below.

We will be celebrating the life of a Loving Grandson, Loving Son, Loving Nephew and a Loving Brother - HEZRON ALBERT.
Who will be laid to rest and awaiting the soon return of Jesus Christ.
Funeral Procession held at the Lautoka Indian SDA Church, Waiyavi and finally laid to rest at Tavakubu Cementry at 8am on the 4th of April, 2022.
Brought to live on this space by the Trumpets Studios.

Ignite4Change (I4C) in partnership with the Human Rights Measurement Initiative convened a one day capacity building training on human rights.

The event brought about 50 participants connected both virtually and face to face to enhance their knowledge on human, rights, understand the work of the Human Rights Measurement Initiative, the Rights Tracker as well as the HRMI Survey.

Participants were representatives of grassroots, youths, women, faith-based, trade unions, academics and environmental organisations.

Participants addressed on the importance of the HRMI Survey to Fijians and encouraging members in their communities to do the survey and get engaged in the work of human rights.

Acknowledgement to the Human Rights Measurement Initiative (HRMI), the Lautoka City Council and Trumpets Studios for the technical support in venue, sound system and other logistical issues in the duration of the training.
