FASHION RETAIL BOUTIQUE MANAGER
We are excited to announce, that with the expansion of our TRACEY ANN FARRINGTON Fashion Retail business, we require a retail manager for our new boutique at Plantation Island Resort on Malaolo Island which will open this month, July 2023. This position is an immediate start. The job training will be done in our Boutique in Nadi, on Nadi Back Rd.
The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualities:
• A minimum of 3 years experience working in retail, 3 years consecutively
• Experience with stock-taking procedures and stock management
• Be well presented in appearance
• Poses sales skills, to a level of excellence in customer service
• Have the ability to effectively manage with a team spirit and control the driving of sales within the team
• Experience with POS systems and reporting
• Be methodical and have an eye for detail
• Be a person of fit mind and body
• Have the ability to chat comfortably with all levels of people from all countries
• Have a passion for fashion, to enjoy your job
• A warm and welcoming personality
• Available to live on the island with rostered days off
