In case you didn’t know, this is my daughter Alice 🥹🥹. She plays on the Ladies European Tour and this week I am with her for a few days at the AIG Women’s Open at Royal Lytham & St Anne’s. She’s exceptionally honoured to be hitting the first tee shot at 6.30am on Thursday morning, which is something that dreams are made of 🥹🥹. It’s a good job I’m used to getting up at 4.10am for the Sunday boot sale because this is what time we will be leaving!! Have a great week 🩵🩵

A whirlwind couple of days down south with a quick visit to some lovely friends and my parents ❤️. I even got to make my wonderful friend a coffee in her physiotherapy clinic and in exchange, she put me in her cryotherapy chamber 🩵🥶🥶🥶🥶🩵. Having RA, and recently injuring the intercostal muscles in my ribs, it helps reduce inflammation and flare ups (worsened with the heat) but it’s also so invigorating and made me feel on top of the world - would thoroughly recommend as there are so many benefits to this revolutionary treatment ❤️
