Hi All!
Hi, I'm Cara — founder of Blue Petal Co.!

For the past 20 years, I've built my career in retail, including 15 years with Lululemon, where I fell in love with creating spaces that feel welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely human. But the idea for Blue Petal Co. actually started long before that — with blue hydrangeas. They were my grandmother's favorite, then my mom's, and now mine too. To me, they've always represented peace, simplicity, and the feeling of an endless summer spent gathered with people you love.
That feeling is what Blue Petal Co. is all about! This October, I'm opening a mercantile right here in Belmont — a place to slow down, gather, and find beautifully made goods alongside hands-on workshops like floral arranging and candle making. More than a shop, I want it to feel like a little pause from the pace of everyday life.
I can't wait to welcome you in and share this next chapter with our community. I just got my instagram up and running so I would love if you followed along for updates! We will also be hiring, so there is a post coming on there this week!
