Hi friends! I am back + now based in Denver, Colorado. I have been swept up in a whirlwind of life changes, all leading here - the city I was born in.
Every step taken has been seamless, as if the universe is giving a big resounding YES to this moment.
A little about what you see here: our home is a cozy Queen Anne Victorian built in 1890, and it was recently renovated with the perfect balance of old and new elements. I have been having so much fun mixing my own antiques and modern furniture inside, so I will be sharing little vignettes and progress photos of how it all comes together.
Here, I put a tapestry that I found at Anthropologie inside an 18th c. Ceiling moulding from Portofino. The tapestry itself was an inexpensive but beautiful find that I didn’t feel bad about cutting down to fit this moulding, now installed as a frame for art.
This pairing is a serene reference to the Rocky Mountains with a side of *my favorite* historic Italian glamour. Please excuse the bubble wrap and tape on the walls. There is much more to come - including more jewelry and other fun surprises on the website + blog (stay tuned). Thanks for being here and taking this journey with me! Cheers xxLauren
