Quand la pashmina rencontre la haute couture…

Voir un châle inspiré de l’héritage cachemirien au cœur d’une exposition consacrée à Ingres et à la mode rappelle une chose essentielle : la pashmina n’est pas une simple étoffe.

Elle est née dans les montagnes du Cachemire, façonnée avec patience par des mains qui transmettent leur savoir de génération en génération. Sa finesse, sa légèreté et la délicatesse de ses broderies ont traversé les siècles pour entrer dans les garde-robes, les portraits et l’histoire de la mode européenne.

À travers les époques, la pashmina a accompagné la femme non seulement comme un accessoire, mais comme une pièce d’art, de distinction et d’émotion.
