Today was our final Ultra Trial and finished with a great and playful run with Jez Bragg. We headed back up to the river trails to test out the Ultra MT in their natural habitat - wet rocks and boulders. The whole team got to see what the awesome Vibram Megagrip could do with the team at Vibram giving us a shop demo too. The run was another glorious day here with us getting to pass and see runners from the OCC and TDS en route.

Today we had another 32 people come along for Lizzy Hawker's and Sébastien Chaigneau's run! The day started hot so we headed up onto the Petit Balcon Sud to get out of town and stay in the shade. The steep climb introduced our runners to new and technical terrain as well as testing out the Vibram Megagrip on some river crossings and brooks. The group split into two with a number of OCC competitors wanting an easier run before tomorrow's race!

This morning went great and we had over 30 people turn up to test the Ultra Cardiac shoes and meet Rory Bosio and FERNANDA MACIEL - we even had Sébastien Chaigneau along as a bonus! The run was a valley trail 10k so perfect for the Cardiac with attendees being a mix of beginners and pros alike. A lot of people used it as a perfect shake out run for the TDS, CCC and, of course, UTMB and there were most definitely big smiles all around!
