Sole Bootlab Chamonix — Ski Boot Technicians (All Levels)

About Us
Sole Bootlab is a specialist ski-boot workshop in the heart of Chamonix. We combine biomechanics, product expertise, and hands-on craftsmanship to get skiers an optimised experience.
Your Role
Perform boot fits (shell checks, liner work, footbeds/orthotics setup, stance & cant assessment).
Modify shells (punching, grinding)
Advise customers on freeride & technical equipment choices with clear, confident English.
Maintain a tidy, safe bench and help keep the shop flowing during peak hours.
Collaborate with a small, experienced team and deliver a premium customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
With or without experience—we’ll train the right people.
Strong spoken English (French a plus).
Solid product knowledge of freeride and technical ski equipment (boots, bindings, skis).
Hands-on mindset, calm under pressure, and genuine passion for the mountains.
Weekend/evening availability during peak season.

Nous recherchons des passionné·e·s de ski pour rejoindre notre atelier bootfitting haut de gamme.
Profil : avec ou sans expérience; bon niveau d’anglais; bonne connaissance produit (freeride & matériel technique); esprit pratique; disponible en période de forte affluence.
Missions : analyses du pied et de la posture, ajustements coques/liners, conseils clients, tenue de l’atelier.
