Art Doll Marie-Antoinette Trianon dress

She wears the pastoral taste of a queen who longed for simplicity: striped silk, a scatter of embroidered blossoms, the studied ease of Trianon rather than the weight of Versailles.

Marie-Antoinette — a one-of-a-kind art doll, sculpted and dressed entirely by hand for Figurart. Hand-modelled face, mohair hair, Pierre Frey silk taffeta and antique lace. Along the skirt, a flowering branch embroidered into the very cloth.

One piece only. Never to be made again.
Artist Nathalia Vorozhko.

🦄 From molten pewter to a hand-painted unicorn — watch a figurine come to life in our French atelier.
This "fabulous monster" from Lewis Carroll's Through the Looking-Glass is hand-cast in pewter and hand-painted, entirely in France. No 3D printing, no AI — just hand sculpting, casting and brushwork, the way it's been done for over a century.

Cette licorne, inspirée d'Alice au pays des merveilles de Lewis Carroll, est coulée en étain et peinte à la main, entièrement en France. Ni impression 3D, ni IA : gravure, moulage et peinture, comme il y a plus d'un siècle.

A Lion once fought for a crown — in a dream of Alice's. 🦁
But this is no ordinary lion. In Lewis Carroll's Through the Looking-Glass, the Lion and the Unicorn battle endlessly for a crown — an echo of England's oldest royal emblem. Since 1603, the lion has stood for England and the unicorn for Scotland, the two locked together on the British coat of arms. Carroll turned that age-old rivalry into a dream.
And here, that dream takes shape — cast in molten pewter, freed from the mould, and brought to life by hand, one brushstroke at a time. The crown he never won, finally his.

Which character should we cast next? 👇

Lewis Carroll, seated in his armchair, his gaze elsewhere — perhaps already through the looking-glass.

A pewter figurine from our Alice collection, made in our workshop and painted by Helen Bourch . Giving a face and a pose to the man who invented the Wonderland felt only natural: Carroll takes his place among his own characters, like a storyteller seated amid his creatures.

Everything is made by hand in France — the engraving, the casting of the pewter, the painting. Each piece takes hours, and each carries that touch of living imperfection that marks the hand of the maker.

The figurine comes in its presentation box, with its certificate of authenticity and its fireplace setting.
