If you use shredded paper as packing material, I need you to know something:

It is fu***ng infuriating.

I do not want to open a parcel and immediately redecorate my entire house, floor, clothes, sofa and possibly the dog with tiny strips of paper.

Shredded paper is NOT packing material.

I don’t care if the item arrived intact. If I have to spend the next 20 minutes picking confetti out of every corner of my life, I’m already considering that one-star packaging review.

Bubble wrap. Packing paper. Air pillows. Literally anything that stays inside the fu***ng box.

Stop. Using. Shredded. Paper.

I just spent WAY too much money on this incredible 1800s French Gien “Chardon” dinner service, and I regret absolutely nothing.

Over 150 pieces, all in immaculate condition.

Just imagine the meals, celebrations and conversations this set has witnessed over the past 120+ years.

Plates, bowls, soup service, cake risers, gravy boats and so much more, all decorated in Gien’s beautiful Chardon thistle pattern.

Finding a service this large, this complete and in this condition feels a little ridiculous.

And yes, it’s ALL coming to Whatnot.

French antique lovers, you’re going to want to see this one.

Gutted. Dolly Parton was just one of those people you thought would always be around.

Her music was a massive part of my 12 years DJing. Seven nights a week, there was rarely a night where “9 to 5” didn't make it onto the playlist. People knew every word, every time.

A proper legend and forever the Country Queen.

Gone but definitely never forgotten. Her music will be around for a very, very long time.

10,000 sales. From an attic in France.

That feels pretty surreal to write.

Less than a year ago, Whatnot simply wasn’t working for me in Europe, so I made the decision to stop fighting the market here and figure out how to make it work in the USA instead.

I had already spent three years building to 7,000 sales in France, and I was incredibly proud of that. So to reach 10,000 sales in the US in under 12 months feels enormous.

Especially doing it internationally, across time zones, with all the logistics, mistakes, long days and figuring-it-out-as-I-go moments that come with it.

I’m genuinely grateful to every person who has bought from me, supported a show, shared my name, followed along or simply believed in what I was trying to build.

But I’m proud of myself too.

I saw something that wasn’t working, changed direction and made it work.

And now I’m only a handful away from 10,000 followers as well.

Not bad for a bloke sitting in his attic in France.
