WE’RE NOT JUST ANOTHER CLOTHING BRAND.

When we started building OTB, the idea was simple — create quality clothing for people who love being on the bank.

But it’s becoming something much bigger than that.

🎣 Fishing is the connection.
🧠 Mental health is part of the conversation.
🤝 Community is what we want to build.

For a lot of us, fishing isn’t just about catching fish.

It’s the escape from everyday life.
It’s sitting beside your mate at 2am talking about things you probably wouldn’t talk about anywhere else.
It’s clearing your head after a difficult week.
Sometimes it’s simply having somewhere to go when life gets a bit heavy.

That’s what On The Bank represents.

Our OTB team won’t just be people wearing our clothing and posting pictures. We want real anglers, real families and real stories helping us build a community where it’s normal to talk about the good days and the difficult ones.

As OTB grows, we want to organise social sessions on the bank, bring anglers together and create opportunities for people to meet, fish and talk — with absolutely no judgement.

The clothing is part of OTB.

But the people wearing it are what will make OTB mean something.

He’s also a fellow firefighter alongside OTB founder Ben. 🚒🔥

Like so many of us, fishing is a chance to switch off from work, forget about everything else for a while and enjoy what carp fishing is really about.

A prolific businessman, investor and all-round entrepreneur, James is the sort of person who doesn’t just run businesses — he creates businesses. 📈

Away from the bank, Dan is the owner of a well-established and successful roofing company Barnes Roofing contractors Ltd — building a business through hard work, reputation and plenty of long days. 🔨

But like the rest of the OTB team, when there’s an opportunity to get the rods out… he doesn’t need asking twice. 🎣

Dan is another proper carp angler who understands exactly what On The Bank is about.

It’s not just the captures.

It’s the early starts, the late takes, the blanks, the anticipation, the laughs, the friendships and those sessions that you end up talking about for years afterwards.

When he’s not chasing carp, Jack is a full-time electrician and business owner — so he knows a thing or two about hard work, long days and getting the job done. ⚡️

Jack is another member of the core group of mates who head across to France every year with the OTB founder for their annual carp-fishing trip. 🇫🇷

Over the years there have been plenty of miles travelled, laughs, questionable decisions, sleepless nights and, most importantly, some incredible carp caught along the way.
