FUDGE CHOCOLATE CAKE 😋 🍫
Hello the greedy ones!
We propose you a recipe of chocolate fondant that will make you crack!

Its texture is slightly crispy on the top & sides and absolutely melting on the inside. 👌

The recipe for 4 persons 👩👩👧👦

2 eggs
100 g butter
100 g of sugar
130 g of chocolate
30 g flour
1 pinch of fleur de sel

1/ Melt the chocolate.
2/ In a salad bowl, mix the ointment butter with the sugar. Add the eggs and then the flour with the fleur de sel.
3/ Incorporate the melted chocolate and mix.
4/ Pour the preparation into small round moulds, buttered and floured.
5/ Cook the fondant for 20 minutes at 150°C.
6/ Leave to cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
