Birthday Matcha Latte 🍵💕

Try the recipe and celebrate our 10th birthday with us!

Ingredients:

* 3.5 g of matcha
* 50 ml of hot water (175°F / 80°C
* 80 ml of cold water
* 50 ml of whipping cream
* 3 g of pitaya powder (dragon fruit)
* 2 drops of vanilla bean paste
* ice cubes
* sugar sprinkles
* birthday candle

Steps:

1. Add the matcha to a fine-mesh strainer.
2. Sift the matcha through it to prevent any lumps.
3. Pour in the hot water.
4. Whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy, then set aside to cool.
5. Add a few ice cubes to a glass, then pour in the cold water and the matcha.
6. Using an electric whisk, whip the whipping cream, pitaya powder, and vanilla bean paste for 30-sec.
7. Gently spoon the foam over the matcha.
