I fell in love with Clay in 2009 and soon realised that glazing is another art form. For years in the greater Portland, Oregon USA area, I produced and sold my ceramics, before taking a break to travel and build a family. My current collections are made with three different stonewares; a deep red, soft white ( often embellished with hand-painted designs) and a luxurious black. Each piece is like a blank canvas, where I combine the glazes that are accentuated by the color of the stoneware. Generally I work with four different glazes on each item. I love finding the beautiful combinations and pushing the limits of glaze. They are all unique but each retains the flavour as all of my work. Everything is made by hand or on the potters wheel in my workshop in the Natural park of Pilat. I hope that you will love my work as much as I enjoy creating it.
