We apologise for the delay in getting our website back up and running.

By the end of this week you will have received a message via WhatsApp or email with your new log in details. If you do not receive either these please let us know as soon as possible and we can get it sorted for you.

Things may be missing on website such as: Print options, simplified postage options and some products, we have a list of things we have to continue fixing on the website so these will be added and amended over the next few days/week.

We are still able to take orders via WhatsApp, Email and the phone line. 😁

🚨 Important update regarding the website 🚨

Our website has been down for a few days due to some technical issues and we wanted to give you an update.

This has taken a lot longer than anticipated to fix, we do apologise for this and appreciate everyone's patience. Andrew has been working around the clock to fix this as quickly as possible.

A few things to note if you see our website active again 👀

🚫 Everyone's log in is currently disabled - this is due to the fixes we are currently doing and we want to make sure everything works correctly. You will receive a log in and password as soon as possible, if you do not receive one or want to make sure you have a new log in sent, please email [email protected] / [email protected] for the attention of Annie.

🔵 You will be able to purchase on the website however there are 2 issues currently:
1: Due to the log in option being disabled, you will have to check out as a retail customer. If you have a club account with us provide as much detail as possible (account number/ club name & postcode) that way when we receive your order, we can allocate your account and refund any overpayment back to you.

2: Prints - these will currently be disabled but will be back on in the future. If you have prints on your order, provide as much detail as possible in the note section and we can sort it out via the office. Prints will not be automatically added by the office team unless told to do so.

Again, we apologise for this problem.

We are going to be glad when it's fixed 😅 🤣

🤯 What a day we have had here at Ki 😅

We apologise for the issues we have had with our website today, we had almost every system crash! 💥

Andrew and the team have worked extremely hard today to resolve this issue and we are back up and running.... however we have one minor glitch still on the website.

🚨Prints will temporarily be disabled on the website. 🚨

If you are ordering via the website and would like prints, please let us know via the notes options on checkout, via WhatsApp or give us a call. Prints will only be added if we are told when placing the order.

Do you have any competitors attending the British Taekwondo National Kyorugi Event in October?

If so, please get your pre-orders in before this Friday 31st July to avoid disappointment, as we have a limited amount of socks available to hire on the day, we may not have enough for all competitors to use instead of having their own.

There will be no exceptions after this Friday 31st July.

It's that time of year! 😮

For everyone planning to compete in the National Kyorugi Championships this October, we now have KPNP sock order forms available for instructors.

All forms need to be completed and returned to us by the 31st of July. This is for both K1 and K2 socks, and it will be your only opportunity to guarantee socks for your competitors.
