Final pictures of this prototype contoured Firehawk, Korina all the way, Madagascar Rosewood fretboard, 2 fantastic P90s by Stuart Robson, ABR-1 repro tunomatic and stoptail by Gerhard Schwarz / StHelens, and pots from the great Emerson - USA . It's a fairly lightweight one with 3,4kg/7,5lbs.

Those old USSR paper/oil caps are getting hard to find in bigger quantities (and they're not getting cheaper over time either), so I think they deserve to get a little bit dressed up 💅 Totally useless some would say, which makes it absolutely necessary 😁

8-ply binding done (6-ply on the back) on this "black beauty" inspired VNS Seraph.

Note: before someone from the social media luthier police needs to correct, yes, I know vintage LP Custom had 7 on the top and 5 on the back, but I like to do one extra black layer to make scraping/masking against the black paint a bit easier. 😁
