🔥STAGE 3 FIESTA ST — 322BHP & 305LBFT🔥
Firstly, we’d like to apologise for the lack of Ford content recently. Following changes within the business and reduced resources, we’ve been extremely busy behind the scenes. We’ll continue doing our best to share more content and respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible 😎
Now, onto the good stuff…
Ethan recently brought his Stage 2 Fiesta ST to us for diagnostics after experiencing poor running issues.
During our investigation, we discovered that the turbo wastegate penny valve was defective, preventing the actuator from operating correctly. We also identified a significant oil leak from the rocker cover gasket.
After discussing our findings with Ethan, we put together a plan to rectify the faults and upgrade the car to Stage 3. He wasn’t interested in chasing numbers—he simply wanted a reliable, well-rounded package producing a solid 300bhp.
We supplied and fitted the following:
⚡ X47 turbocharger�⚡ Turbosmart actuator�⚡ Ramair crossover pipe�⚡ GFB DV+ recirculation valve�⚡ CNC turbo elbow�⚡ Genuine rocker cover gasket�⚡ NGK spark plugs�⚡ Minor service
Once the hardware was installed, all faults were rectified and our pre-tuning inspection was completed, we applied Laird Performance’s Stage 3 ECU software and began our logging procedures.
The final result was a healthy 322bhp and 305lb-ft of torque 🔥
We then completed extensive road logging to confirm the car performed just as well on the road as it did on the dyno—and we can safely say this Fiesta ST has undergone a serious transformation! 🚀
