Sometimes things don’t arrive quite perfectly! We had a small hiccup with part of our LEGO delivery, and a few boxes were too bashed for us to sell.

Brendan is kicking things off with his best bargain ever…

When we bought our first house, we found a carpet for the spare bedroom at B&Q for £50. Two members of staff offered to help us with it, and when we explained it was for our new home, they congratulated us and said they would reduce it a little more.

We thought they had marked it down to £40…

They had actually marked it down to £4!

A whole carpet for four pounds! To this day, it remains Brendan’s best bargain ever. 😂
