🐎 The International Horse Trials at Scone Palace kick off TODAY! 🥇

Chris will be there for the next four days exhibiting and has a large range of different styles of electric bike for you to try. From fat tyres to folders and everything in between. You’ll see plenty of e-bikes zipping around behind the scenes at this show - it’s a popular way to travel between events.

Particularly popular is our Synch Super Monkey which is UK designed and built. Root EV are one of only two stockists in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and it’s fair to say, we love our Synch bikes. Solid, reliable and you can’t help but love the retro style ⚡️

A very proud day for us!

We’re delighted to see six of our premium Tenways electric bikes delivered to Gleneagles today, where they’ll be available for guests to explore the estate’s beautiful grounds and trails.

We’re a small, local, independent business, and to have one of Scotland’s most iconic luxury destinations choose our bikes is something we’re incredibly grateful for.

And can we take a moment to appreciate how perfectly the bikes suit their new home? The deep green finish looks as though it was designed specifically for Gleneagles.

Thank you to the fantastic team at The Gleneagles Trail Yard for supporting local business and sustainable outdoor experiences. We can’t wait to see guests enjoying everything the estate has to offer from the saddle.

✔️ E-BIKES FOR HIRE

Did you know that you can rent e-bikes from us?

This lovely couple from France have just completed a huge tour of Scotland. They hired two of our Tenways bikes for a couple of weeks and they travelled a whopping 550 miles! And from the pictures it looks like they experienced all sorts of weather!

We supplied panniers plus delivery and pick up of the bikes. They used the Tenways CGO 800 and the AGO X - beautifully built road bikes that offer comfort and reliability.

These guys had a great time on their tour and we are so delighted they chose to hire via us here at Root 🚵🏻‍♂️ ⚡️
