The little things make me happy and you?

A moment of peace, adding a touch of colour, noticing the details, being creative…..

The day a customer made me cry.

I make gifts that are intentional and when customers reach out and involve me in their journey, I am profoundly touched.

We had exchanged a couple of messages after the wedding decoration and my customer hoped to come back if their family was to grow. So when the message came through within two lines I was hoping this was the news I was waiting for. Two strangers yet I felt very invested.

It’s not just clay, it’s a story. 🤍

Not the productive day I had planned but I’ve been a little creative with flowers I dried from my last birthday and 3 pumpkins I started making last year.
The leaves flying around my garden have made me feel a touch autumnal.

What did you do on the 17th August 33 years ago?

I took the plane for the first time and landed in England!
Little did I know this would change my life.

With a few new followers lately, I thought I’d show up!
I’m Sandrine, from France but I have spent most of my life between England and Germany.
Here are a few facts:
- In love with the northern French coast.
- Happy with cheese and wine every day!
- Christmas time without oysters is not an option.
- Apple crumble and custard is my comfort food.
- Always looking for the Paris Observer book.
- Petrichor and apricity are two of my favourite things.

How the twig sounds when I lift it or possibly how my brain sounds. It always is such a satisfying moment.

Nice and easy reel content inspired by on a day where I have finally rolled clay again but the light was quite rubbish for a video and I then spent my afternoon in the pond, literally, making conversation with two frogs and a few newts.

Little time to make anything more exciting to get Instagram going at this time if the year where it is all about getting ready for Christmas but all I need right now is a little peace! So thank you for the inspiration 🤍

Ready for the heat?
A perfect day to clay inside this afternoon, until then some gardening and sanding in the shade.

Bringing a little summer in the house. Never been a fan of dried flowers until now. Love the beautiful golden colours and they fit perfectly in that little wall hanging clay vase I made. What do you think?

Not yet on Etsy as I need to work out packaging but they will be more coming soon.

I haven’t moved for an hour! So much life in my trees, fascinated 🤍

I have found this year that a lot of my decisions were based on finding peace to create space for hope and love. Always finding joy in the little things has been my weapon a lot of the time. 🤍
