Hello facebookers

I can’t believe I have to say this , but could people be a little more patient and a little more understanding?

Whilst we do everything possible to make it to jobs in the time frame given, things can and do happen to hold us up or even want to come early to you , but this is NOT an excuse for you to be stroppy to Suzy in the office, threatening to post a bad review or just wasting our time and cancelling altogether 🤷‍♂️

From now on all appointments will either be AM or PM

Good morning facebookers.

Here’s last week’s job in Edinburgh city centre in a very smart town house.

Firstly the floor was sheeted with 9mm plywood throughout, then 2 coats of primer to allow it to take on the flexible screed.

A lot of our prep work had to do before these LVT tiles had to be fitted.

so we supplied and fitted Lewis Abbott, Chester Square 4008 in the colour warm oak in a herringbone pattern with a single tile border.

we have very sad news today on the passing of Kath Scott ❤️

our friends Kath with her loving hubby Ian were the original owners of Hulme & Scott established from 1970 & they decided both to retire in 1999.

both Kath & Ian were both loved & liked even now are being asked after with lot of our customers ❤️

Ian’s been waiting his open arms for Kath, rest in piece Kath ❤️❤️

Good morning facebookers. Here’s a wee job we did last week,
This was a little more trickier than the usual because, in the past someone had latexed over a painted floor , a BIG no no ,
So we had to grind down the broken latex screed and the paint to get to the concrete floor , we then applied a primer to take on the latex screed before fitting these lovely colonia Delamare oak in herringbone.
A LOT of work but as you can see the finished product is gorgeous

this is a job we completed last week where we primed the concrete floor to take the latex screed. Then fitted Colonia Village oak 4644 with a black feature strip to make the border with mitered corners pop
its absolutely stunning & beautiful 🥰🥰🥰
