Now with a new 6.4k 52mm spacing BC500 pickup in the bridge and rewired with braided shielded control wiring style . 5.9k 50mm in the neck position, (both with Alino 5 poles into massive steel base plates) 35mm Ash body, rear 3mm aluminium sustain plate, 25.5 solid aluminium neck, locking Ratio tuners, Travis Bean style bridge and Brute Creations branded laser-etched neck plate. Been watching Bill Paxton in Aliens a lot, apparently... This Sunday I'm at Noise Maker Market up in Birmingham demo'ing and flogging Brute Creations guitars and pedals... ably assisted by Simon Hannington... it will be Brutal!

A few cosmetic details to tweak, but Brute 500 no. 8 is pretty much ready for . Has a 33mm thin Ash body finished in Jet Black nitro and matt lacquer with a 25.5 brushed alu neck with Ratio locking tuners, my own 6k BC500 (what else shall I call them?) pickups (Alnico 5 flat poles, 43awg wire and a massive steel base plate) wired Travis Bean style to right-angled 3 way switch and jack with Alpha 500k pots with Orange Drop caps, 3mm thick single ply acrylic pickguard and 3mm aluminium rear sustain plate, modern strap pins and a Brute Creations laser etched neck plate. Demo vid in last slide. Boom.

Getting another Brute 500 ready for for the end of March. 35mm thin Cherry wood body, 3mm single ply matt back acrylic pickguard, .uk bridge, my own hand-wound Brute pickups (Alnico 5 flat-pole magnets, 6.4k of 43awg wire, steel baseplates), Alpha 500k pots, 3 way switch and jack, Orange drop caps, braided shielded wire, heat-shrink from ... going to have a 25.5 neck on it.
