Dear Family Shopper Customers,

We are pleased to inform you that Family Shopper is now resuming back to its original opening and closing time from 1st of June.
However, we will still continue to follow the guidelines given by the government in regards to social distancing. Thank you for being patient and loyal customers.

To all our customers,

Thank you for your continued loyalty during these unprecedented times. With the coronavirus crisis and these extraordinary times for our country, Family Shopper has undertaken numerous additional measures as you would expect. Especially, increase hygiene and sanitisation, as advised by the government. Some of the additional measures also include the following:
From Tuesday 1st of April onwards, Family Shopper will be open between the hours of 9:00 am - 8 pm only until further notice.
Due to low stock and delayed deliveries we’d like to request our customers to limit their purchase of items so that it is equally distributed to everyone.
Keeping our colleagues and customers safe is our number one priority. Everyone must feel safe in our stores therefore, we will be allowing only a two customers in our store at a time.
We’ll keep making any changes necessary to keep everyone safe, as long as we have your support. We’ll get through this together. So let’s keep safe!
