Is your kit insured? Unfortunately, fishing tackle is often targeted and whether its in the shed, garage, van or even on the bank, some shifty types may have already got their eye on it. If you've e er been 'done over' you'll know how devastating it can be,especially if you can't afford to replace it. We spotted this company online (others are available) but if you're not insured, we'd seriously suggest that you get some cover!

A lot of big waters are low at the moment as we still wait for rain to top them up, but it does give the opportunity to get further out on the bank (if safe) and reach spots you may not always be able to get to. Dinsmores offer a range of feeders which may help too; this pattern has all the weight at one end to ensure good aerodynamics to fly further, helping you hit hard to reach spots with a good amount of bait. It's just one of the huge range of swimfeeders available in our retailers or online...check 'em out!

How much thought goes into your choice of landing net handle? It's so easy to just wander into the tackle shop, pick up the first 6' handle you see and slip it into your rod bag. At Dinsmores though, we like to offer a load more, which is why we do telescopic handles, two piece handles, extended handles, extending handles...etc, etc, etc
You never know when you'll get pegged on a high bank, or behind reeds, or you need a bit more grunt to lift a big fish, so next time you're in the shop, why not check out our range for something a little bit different?
