From weighing the ingredients to cutting the finished pieces, every batch of Salted Caramel Fudge goes through a few careful stages.

It’s cooked, beaten, poured, left to cool and cut into cubes before it’s packaged up. The finished bar is the part you see - this is everything that happens before it.
