Sooooooo!

Back in April I achieved a thing!

I passed my Reiki Level 1!

It has been beyond beneficial for me and I'm so proud of myself for doing this.

I have the most incredible teacher. She's quite simply an amazing human being.

She herself is a reiki master and an amazing healer.

I will be going on to do my level 2.
But for now, I'm just absolutely tickled with myself for achieving this!

I just haven't been brave enough to pop it on here until today!
This new moon energy has really got me moving forward!

Saturday at the Holistic Fayre was an amazing experience for me.

I came away with a lot of new information, renewed and excited energy for my business.

Creative Nervous System Regulation and Intuitive creativity are very important. And seeing people understand there's no requirement to have any art experience was great! This is Holistic, somatic, creative work.

Please get in touch if you'd like to know more or book a workshop. I will be looking to provide workshops for different age groups on a regular basis once I have an appropriate space to work from.
