HOW IT WORKS.....
Firstly decide if you would like your special items turned into a Memory Bear, Cushion or Blanket or other keepsake.

You're welcome to drop the items down if your local to Ammanford or if your further afield you can post them. Consultations are by appointment only.

​I don't book slots I'm afraid, as soon as I receive your items, you'll then be on the waiting list.

​The lead time for each keepsake all depends on how many orders I have in at one time. Please contact me for more details on waiting times.

Each item is made accordingly to the items I'm given, I'll message you straight away if you’re sending them to let you know they’ve arrived safe & sound.

When I receive your items, I will work the pattern out to include features such as holes, pockets or any distinguishing features on your garments you would like to feature on your chosen product.

If you don’t have enough fabric, I can always mix it with another type of fabric. I have a tan fabric that I supply at no extra cost for the Memory Bears.

The choice is yours & I will keep you informed by email or messenger throughout the process.

HOW MANY ITEMS DO I NEED..........

This is probably one of the most common questions I receive. It all depends on the keepsake you require & what sort of items your thinking of using.

As a rule I need at least one item similar in size to a large mans shirt per memory bear. I can mix & match more items though & use one items over a few bears.

If you don't have enough fabric, I can supply extra fabric for the less prominent parts to make your special garments go further.

Lighter or plainer colours work best for the head so you can see the eyes & nose, if you don't have anything suitable, I can supply a tan fabric or fleece at no extra cost.

IMPORTANT - Please note: My bears are intended to be keepsake items only and not children’s toys. They are not child tested & it is impossible to CE test these bears individually, they should not be given to young children. Not only are there small parts attached but certain garments would inevitably wear over time, your bear may get tired & even risk ripping.

These are NOT toys & intended for decoration use only.

Baby-grow Memory Bears......

Bespoke Memory bears made from your little ones baby clothes.

I need a minimum of 5 long-sleeve sleepsuits aged 0-3 months per memory bear, if the baby-grow's are smaller such as new born or first size then I'll need another 4 or 5.

​Its up to you if you would like to include more items in your memory bear. I can work with garments such as dresses, dungarees, tops and blankets.

​Garments that are lighter or plainer in colour work best for the head so you can see the eyes & nose. If you don't have anything suitable, I can supply fabric at no extra cost.

​My memory bears cost £45 each, embroidery is an extra £2.50 per foot & return postage starts at £6.50 if you cant collect from Ammanford.

School Leavers Memory Bears...

With the end of the academic year approaching and many children finishing school, why not turn their uniforms into a memory bear as a keepsake to remember those key moments in your child's life.

Each bear is custom made using garments that hold special memories.

Here's a beautiful memory bear I've recently made from a leopard print blouse and coat that belonged to a much missed Mum. I loved the fur collar so had to add that along with detail like the buttons and lapels on the legs.

Last year I had the honor of making a special memory bear for Pandora out of her Fathers cardigan. She brought me her mother clothes along with two beautiful little hearts that she made, that include her ashes to be placed inside the memory bears.

Pandora makes beautiful memorial jewellery along with flower preservation. If anyone is looking for keepsakes I can't recommend this lovely lady enough. These little hearts are only ten pounds each and beautifully made.
