Meet Phil, the man behind the lorry!
Phil is cousin to Steph, Chris and Jonathan, and a key member of the D J Davies family.

A born-and-bred farmer, Phil has spent years working in the family farming industry. But over the past couple of years, he’s made the move into the family fuel business… and we’re very glad he did! 🙌

His official job title is Plant & Operations Manager — and he’s bloody good at it!

From keeping things running smoothly to making sure the job gets done, Phil is a massive part of the team.
We couldn’t do it without you, Phil! 🚛💪

This one is named after a very familiar face at D J Davies Fuels – Eifion.

Eifion has been part of the team since 1999 and, having grown up here in Blaenau, he’s been around the business and the local community for many years.

Known affectionately as “the grumpy one” 😂, underneath it all Eifion is one of the hardest workers you’ll meet and has been a loyal and valued member of our team for over 25 years.

So this one’s for you, Eifion – grumpy face and all! 🚛👏

A brilliant day at the Swansea Truck Pull! 🚛💪

This year, D J Davies Fuels entered not one, but two teams — The Fire Starters, last year’s champions, and Fuelled & Fired Up.

After taking the title last year, we were determined to hold onto it… but it wasn’t to be! We were narrowly beaten by the very worthy Morgan’s Army, who were just that little bit quicker on the day. 👏

Huge congratulations to them, and a massive thank you to everyone at A T Morgan for putting on another belter of an event. Great competition, great atmosphere and, most importantly, all in support of a fantastic charity.

Safe to say the competitive streak is already kicking in for next time… we’ll be back! 🔥🚛

Did you know that we name ALL of our vehicles?

Meet Cadi-Elin!

The great granddaughter of Denzil and Betty Davies, the founders of D J Davies, and eldest daughter of Stephanie Davies - who now runs the family business alongside brother and cousin.

But it’s also the name of this fuel tanker!
Four generations on, it seems only right that Cadi has her name proudly travelling the roads with us.
