Beckys Beezzzs Honey Honeybee Farmers based in Andover, Hampshire. Our honey is all from our own bees here in Hampshire. Our honey is raw, not blended or heat treated.

We like it the same way the bees do, each batch is unique in colour & taste. We are honeybee farmers based in Andover, Hampshire and Headley, Berkshire. We have over 200 honey production colonies sited in apiaries across the two counties. We not only sell our delicious local honey, we also sell live bees, mated queens and the associated beekeeping equipment and supplies which you can find on our s

ister site. Becky's Beezzzs was born out of a passion that we share for bees, even now with over 600 colonies to look after, many of which are for nuc production, we still find ourselves fascinated by the honeybees ability to adapt and grow in our ever changing climate and environment. Our business has slowly grown organically with the addition of seasonal workers and an apprentice under the Rowse Honey Apprenticeship Scheme. As a small team we hope to share the incredible passion that we have for our honeybees by bringing a personal, handmade touch to our honey. From hive to jar each frame of honey is extracted with care, labelled and stored to ensure that each jar of honey you buy is unblended and different from the next jar you buy from us. Every member of the team loves and cares for our bees like they are their own, and we love to share this in our outreach talks to local schools in addition to conducting a small amount of practical experience days throughout the season.

This is officially Becky’s least favourite beekeeping job 🤣 The borage comb is beautiful, but removing it from the frames is another matter entirely.

Still, once the comb is off and the frames are cleaned up, it’s a very satisfying sight and a reminder of just how hard the bees have been working. 🐝💙

Made the most delicious healthy honey flapjacks last night. So quick and easy as well. They were so good I could not resist having one for breakfast too!
200g Oats
100g Honey (English raw)
100g Butter
Pinch of salt (unless using salted butter)
30g -40g nuts of your choice (I used walnuts and pecans) optional
50g dried fruit ( I used cranberries and blueberries) optional

Mix oats and fruit/nuts if using in a bowl. Warm butter and honey in a pan until it turns to liquid then mix in the oats (oats and fruit/nuts).
Tip into a shallow tin lined with baking paper and press down.
Cook, Fan 150 for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden.
