Shopping preloved isn’t just stylish—it’s sustainable. 🌱

Fashion should never come at the cost of our planet. 🌍 Fast fashion churns out billions of garments a year, most of which end up as waste. But when you choose preloved, you’re extending the life of quality pieces, reducing the demand for new production, and lowering your environmental footprint. That’s a win-win in my book. 💚

Well, what I can say is that good things are coming your way. ✨👇🏻

It’s been a few months since I left to perform in Asia and I’ve been considering the best way to continue with Nu Clear Preloved.

I LOVE my community here; saving and sharing clothes, but before I took my break, the new insta approach to lives meant it was no longer feeling like a sustainable lifestyle and while I was hugely compromising profit for ethics, I knew other more profitable accounts were not always considering the impact of their decisions while flying the ‘eco’ flag.

Change was needed and I’m confident the future of Nu Clear Preloved can deliver better quality of service and products with the decisions I’ve made.

Here are the main changes and the whys behind them:

•One regular monthly Insta sale - this is likely to be on a weekend as evenings are tough for me to stay awake for 💤. I will be styling a hand picked rail of the best of my items so I can still have a chat with my favourite insta friends while we shop!

•Daily drops on sales platforms - This is the best way for me to share the amazing variety of clothes styles and sizes that I source for you all. I will always be sharing with fantastic value and quality in mind and you can shop whenever is best for you. Links will be easily accessed from my bio when you are looking for something specific or to treat yourself!

•I will not be accepting further consignments and will move to donations only for the immediate future in order to keep pricing reasonable for you all. My donation criteria will be posted when I am next opening my stock room 🖤 Any items I currently hold will be sold as per our original agreements for consignment or donations first.

•Instead of 10% of every sale heading to charity which affects item pricing, I plan to hold regular charity fundraisers and events. This way you have the opportunity to donate to charities you care about when you have the affordability to do so.

What is not changing:

•Ethical standards for sourcing, packaging and delivery.

•Fun and frolics… I plan to always run this page with kindness first, and I’m looking forward to having time to visit other sellers lives again too 🥰✨

A sudden decision to go on tour in China and Taiwan this summer dans a few weeks of house moving, storing and sorting!

That’s why, as I aim to get my stock SUPER SORTED, I will be bringing a live sale, at whatever time I can fit it in, most days for the next 2 weeks!!

We’ll be opening random bags of donations, boxes of consignment and thrifting our way through some amazing Preloved finds!

The only way to do this is on a random schedule as for once my brain is gonna just have to run wild! So, head up to my profile, tap the 🔔 and set those notifications to on and all.

Preloved is a-go until May 19th and all open parcels will be posted before May 27th if not closed out before. ✨✨✨
