Evening 👋👋👋

So I'm sat here looking at lil miss berrypink ... what a cutie she is ! . ❤️❤️

But I have a serious question to ask you all now ! 🥺🥺

Is there still a demand for handmade dolls ?
Are they still as popular as when I was making them years ago ? 🤔🤔

I'm asking this for a couple of reasons ... my dolls as you know were Ce marked ( so went through testing etc ) so we knew they were safe for lil hands , but regulations have changed .. they now have to have the UKCA mark which they means I would have to test them again . ( the dolls that I have here are still covered by the Ce mark )
Plus I have also seen a couple of popular doll makers hanging up their sewing needles as demand is no longer there ..

Please let me know if you think demand is still there ###

OH MY GOODNESS !!! what do we have here !!!

4 lil cute lil cheeky faces to surprise you in your newsfeed ... now 2 are fully ready but the other 2 are still waiting for their outfits as they are feeling a lil bit vulnerable right now 🤣🤣 . Believe it or not this beauts have been safely boxed away in my cupboard for a couple of years 😮

Evening ❤️❤️ ... so last night I mentioned I had to make something for work ..

Well here he is !!! Back in May we had a very special young lad stay with us from Make a Wish as he was spending a couple of days making his dream happen of being a soldier at one of the local regiments .

All members of staff at the hotel wanted to do something to make his stay even more special , so he was showered with gifts all waiting on his bed for his arrival , which included this 👇👇👇 guy !!

Now , this is where my spark for sewing started to return & have since got 7 very very special teddies to make from a wedding dress 😮😮 .. so stay tuned .

Hey hey , so you may have noticed the sneaky name change back lol … I’ve been back at my machine believe it or not 😮😮😮..

But first it has been so long , my kids are growing up way too fast , as I’m sure your kiddiwinks are .
I’m now working full time in hospitality ( something I used to do before titches was born ) & loving it being back out in the world once again , back in may I had to dust off my sewing machine for a special project for work ( all will be revealed soon ) & it’s never been put away .

As for my 2 lil darlings… Charlotte is now 19 & in her second year of uni studying zoo science ( she’s still my lil titch ) & in September went to Africa working at a conservation reserve which she loved even tho she got a bit homesick & it’s made her passion of being zoo keeper even greater . 😍

Sam is 16 ( aka lil big Durban) started college in September & is doing everything sport related ( including gaming lol ) he is still just as cheeky but also my sensitive one ..

I honestly couldn’t be prouder of these 2 considering what they have been through, they are ruddy amazeballs . Yes I’m biased as I’m their mumma 😂😂

Wax change day in the sitting room today !!

It's so simple to change our wax , as it doesn't evaporate. Use 1 of our cotton cleanups ( which can hold up to 4 cubes ) or a couple of cotton balls & the wax will just soak up ..

Eeekkk , I'm so lucky to be with a company that has collaborated with Walt Disney ..

Just look at the castle , the attention to detail is unreal 😍 & would you believe this is a warmer 😮

Sadly the 50th Anniversary products will be leaving at the end of this month 😢, the wax is what they officially use in Walt Disney World & its absolutely gorgeous .
