Jamie Pankhurst spends his time guiding anglers from as far afield as the US and Europe on some of the UK’s most prestigious chalk streams, working tirelessly to put his clients onto fish. But when he gets a rare minute to himself, this is the sort of fishing he loves: a fly rod, intimate chalk streams and a chance to simply enjoy being on the water.
