I honestly couldn’t be happier to share that Arbroath Tablet Company has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Great British Food Awards! Which will be held in London 🥹

And honestly… I don’t even care what happens next. 😂 The fact that my wee Scottish tablet business has made it this far is the best thing ever!

A massive thank you to every single one of you who’s supported me! — whether you’ve bought a bag, shared a post, told a pal, or just cheered me on. It seems you all have excellent taste buds too… 😂🤎

My Highland Coo tablet collection has been a very special part of Arbroath Tablet Company since I first launched our Coo designs publicly on 6 June 2026.

My Highland Coo characters, including Mr & Mrs Coo, Bride & Groom Coo, Mrs&Mrs. Graduation Coo and other original themed designs, have been developed as part of my own creative collection and are at the heart of the brand.

I am incredibly proud of the time, creativity and love that goes into creating each of my original designs, characters and artwork.
