I like to think I usually keep things very professional on here, but I want to warn other business owners against the company Yu Energy!

I left my business premises at the start of January this year, I am still having to chase them almost weekly to sort my account out 😡 they’re owe me around £300 in overpayments due to estimated meter readings.

They couldn’t officially close my account until the END OF MAY due to “IT issues” (for 5 months 😵‍💫). During which time they were still billing me estimated readings for the property I had no responsibility for, chasing me for £1300 and threatening me with court action! 🤣

I’ve even gone to the ombudsman, was offered a solution which I accepted yet they still can’t carry it out!

If you want to avoid months of hassle and wasting your time constantly chasing up a company, AVOID YU ENERGY AT ALL COSTS!

I still have quite a lot of empty jars with lids leftover from the shop… would anyone be interested in them for £1 each?

I can bring them along to the Arbroath Market with me tomorrow, I’ll be there 10am - 2pm 🫙
