🌞 That’s a wrap on the summer holidays - schools started back today 🤓 ✏️

My office working days will start to look a bit better now. We do still have a slight buffer couple weeks between our oldest starting school today and our youngest starting nursery in a couple weeks.

But I will be more available on the phones going forward, and more so in a couple weeks. James has still been out working away on jobs all summer.

Thank you all for using alternative methods of contact to reach us and your patience while I find a quiet 5 minutes to get back to you.

The holidays have been great getting to spend it with my boys, but I am needing routine and back to more sociable working hours😴😂

For the remainder of August, when possible please still try reach us by Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, text or email first.

We still have spaces this week for repair visits in DD7 (Wednesday 19th) DD11, DD10, DD9, AB30.

Just a wee update on our son as we had so many lovely messages checking in. 🥰

We got home last night! Thankfully it was the best case of the worst scenario. He still had to be put under anaesthetic and go into theatre but thankfully in the end needed no pins or open surgery. Just some heavy manipulation. 💪

He’ll be reviewed in about a week and hopefully things are still set nicely in position 🤞

I’m back to being more available now. Just navigating work around a clumsy toddler that needs a closer eye for the next few weeks. 🤕

I think I’ve caught up on most messages now, but I will have a proper sit down and check when this guy naps later today. 😴 So if I’ve not got back to you, give me a nudge and I’ll get back to you by the end of the day.

Unfortunately, our youngest toot had an accident last night resulting in an a&e visit, overnight hospital stay and him needing surgery today 🏥 🩹

Engineer visits that are booked in will still be going ahead, however I will have very limited access to the office phone. I will be checking messages periodically and will get back to all messages at some point but please expect a delayed response.

Got David from DS Valeting out to take care of our vehicles today, as a new local business! Both the car and van get put through a lot between the business and the kids 🥴 But David’s got them both looking top notch again! 🤩

We got in touch with him in the morning and he was out to us by mid day! Great job and attention spent on them both! 🤩

Hello! I just wanted to post a more recent update on the business for all new and current followers.

We are a family run business, that’s been running for 30+ years. We are now a mobile service, with the office working from home. Some of you may remember when we had the shop on Keptie Street, next to the bakers 🥖

We repair the following domestic appliances;
Washing machines, tumble dryers, cookers/ovens/hobs (electric only, we are not gas certified), fridge freezers, cookerhoods and most dishwasher makes (we do not repair dishwashers that are Bosch, neff or Siemens). We also don’t repair any Miele appliances.

We cover most of the Angus area with the following postcodes: DD7, DD8, DD9, DD10, DD11, AB30 - we have days dedicated to cover certain areas.

As we are a family run business the admin/office side of the business is done in and around our young family therefore we do ask that if you call and don’t receive an answer please leave a voicemail and we’ll get back to you asap (usually by mid afternoon - during nap time 😴😅). If a mobile number is left we may text back instead to get back to you sooner.
Preferred method of contact would be text/whatsapp/Facebook messenger - as I can usually get back to you quicker this way. Please note that calls to either contact number gets sent to the same phone, so if I’ve been unable to answer the landline call, I’ll be unable to answer the mobile also, but again just leave a voicemail or message us.
