Dear Customers

We hope that this message finds you well, we wanted to update you on our Christmas plans for 2020.

This year has been a little different for all of us, and we have carefully considered as a business, both our customers and colleagues health, and ultimately we want to keep everyone safe.

Our Christmas department is now open, with COVID secure measures in place, so we still have lots of wonderful decorations, lights and trees, for you to see.

We have given a lot of thought on how best we could run the Christmas grotto without making the trip to Santa feel very different for the children that visit, unfortunately we have decided that it would not be appropriate to run our Christmas Grotto this year.

Please be reassured that we are making plans for Christmas 2021, and we will be planning a bigger and better Christmas experience for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you when you visit our Christmas department in 2020, and we will be very happy to see you again in 2021 with our Best Christmas Grotto yet!
