The fridge is restocked with livefood once again.

New lines as well to include a limited supply of Mysis shrimp and Glassworm.

To compliment the usual selection of,

After her very important TMC trip, Daisy also popped in to visit IReef Rochdale 🐾

She met more lovely people, received more attention, and continued her campaign to make supplier/shop visits part of her official management duties.

Thank you to the iReef team for making her feel so welcome.

Daisy says 10/10, would visit again.

Her chauffeurs are still undecided on whether Daisy should be allowed to add “regular shop visits” to her job description.

🐾 DAISY’S VERY IMPORTANT BUSINESS TRIP 🐾

Hello.

Daisy here.

Today I went on a very important trip to Tropical Marine Centre.

The humans said it was a supplier visit.

I thought it was a day out for me.

Turns out we were both right.

I got to go in the van, visit TMC, meet some lovely people, and have a look around while the humans did boring human things like looking at stock, talking fish, and pretending they were in charge.

I mostly helped by:

🐾 looking cute
🐾 standing nicely
🐾 accepting attention
🐾 making sure everyone knew I was there
🐾 bringing important management energy

I also very politely mugged the warehouse staff for treats.

Several times.

The TMC team were lovely and made me feel very welcome, which I appreciated because I am only small and shy.

Please ignore the fact I am neither small nor shy.

The humans came back with shop plans.

And apparently some nice new livestock too.

I was not consulted, but they brought back:

🐚 More Clams
🔥 More Flame Angels
🐡 A Hushpuppy Puffer
🐠 An Achilles Tang
👀 And more fish things I was too busy to supervise properly

I assume these are important fish things.

I mostly remember the treats.

The humans came back excited.

I came back tired.

So overall, very successful business trip.

Thank you to the team at TMC for having us, and for letting me come along on my first official supplier visit.

I think I should go every time now, my chauffeurs disagree.

For everyone currently pretending they can still see into their tank…

We’ve had new TMC algae magnets and scraper bits land in store 👀

These are handy for keeping the glass clean without having your arm in the tank every five minutes, and there are options for different glass thicknesses depending on your setup.

Great for:

🧽 Regular glass cleaning
🐠 Marine tanks
🌿 Freshwater tanks
🪸 Reef tanks
👀 That one side panel you keep ignoring

Some of the range also has removable blade options for the more stubborn patches, because sometimes algae does not understand subtle hints.

🔥 NEW TMC COOLING FANS IN STOCK 🔥

Because apparently aquariums don’t enjoy turning into soup the second the weather remembers it’s summer.

We’ve now got the new TMC aquarium cooling fans in store 👀

These are ideal for helping keep tanks cooler through evaporation, especially on open-top tanks, marine systems, tropical tanks, axolotl tanks and anything that starts creeping up when the room gets warm.

Available in different fan sizes depending on tank size, and there’s also a thermostat controller option so the fans can kick in when needed rather than you having to babysit the tank all day.

Nice simple bit of kit.

Not exciting in the “look at this massive angel fish” way.

Very exciting in the “my tank is not slowly cooking itself” way.
