Time to reintroduce ourselves 👋🏻

We’re Heather and Paul, founders of Love Logs.

We set up the business 6 years ago, when Paul got hooked on wood-fired cooking and became fed up with the fuel we were buying - poor quality, smoky, took forever to arrive and was always in cheap plastic packaging.

We now sell a huge range of charcoal, cooking wood and firewood to suit all fire cooking enthusiasts.

We focus on quality, and won’t put the Love Logs name on it if we don’t love it and use it ourselves.

We’re completely customer driven - if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We don’t always get it right, and as we’ve grown we’ve had to fight harder to maintain our high standards - but we’ll keep on fighting hard, and never want a customer to leave disappointed.

Everything we sell is genuinely sustainable - we believe that outdoor cooking can be a force to protect and improve the natural world, so every Love Logs product is strictly vetted against our own internal sustainability metrics. We always have, and always will, use plastic-free packaging.

Tonight’s plate was an absolute belter.

Fennel, shallot and feta cheese salad, drizzled with a gorgeous garlic and lemon butter, served alongside beautifully cooked lamb chops from Alex Moss Butchers.

Simple ingredients, cooked properly and absolutely packed with flavour.
